BMW 850 Ci V12 Automatic

Beautiful and well-maintained BMW 850 Ci (E31) in the beautiful colour Alpinweiss 2 (218) from 1992.

The 8-Series was the first car ever to be available with a V12 engine and was also equipped with an electronically controlled drive-by-wire accelerator pedal. Together with the Z1, the 8-Series was also the first BMW to be delivered with a multi-link rear axle.

In the early years (from 1990-1992) the car was only delivered with a 5.0 litre and 300 hp strong V12 engine, something that changed from 1992 when a 5.4 litre V8 was also added to the programme.

The 850 Ci offered here is from the production year 1991 and finished in the beautiful colour Alpinweiss 2 (218) with a black wrapped roof.

A beautiful combination in this colour scheme with light grey/black leather interior still gives this 8-Series a very beautiful and above all timeless appearance.

And especially not to forget to mention the exclusive light-alloy Breyton Race GTS2 Black 20 inch rims, which are fitted with Kumho Ecsta SPT tyres in good condition in the following sizes: front 235/30/20 and rear 245/35/20.

The fantastic sounding 5.0 litre V12 which is coupled to a 4-speed automatic delivers 300 hp and a torque of 450 Nm, enough to let the 1,838 kg heavy 8-Series sprint from 0-100 km/h in 7.4 seconds.

And although capable of serious performance, the 8-Series is more the ultimate GT than a truly sporty driving car. Not only does the character of the V12 come much closer to that of a GT, the weight of 1,838 kg also makes this not a sports car but a very fast and comfortable long-distance car. The interior in this 8-Series is equipped with electrically adjustable sports seats, air conditioning, electric sliding roof, Becker car radio, etc. etc.

The interior, just like the exterior, is in neat condition and it is clear that the car has been treated with care.

This 850i, maintained by a BMW specialist, is equipped with MOT reports, RDW Counter report, Valuation report from 2018 with a valuation value of € 31,500, = and original booklets.

The car recently had a new MOT inspection with a validity date until August 17, 2026.
