Walking around this unique Buick and you will instantly notice the two toned blue and black paint theme with yellow pin striping. Matching this theme is the painted blue wooden/steel spoke wheels with Buick center caps and wrapped in bias ply 32x4 white wall tires. A spare outer rim with a tire is located at the rear. The car features a black fabric Phaeton-style manual convertible roof and oversized headlights. The interior flows well with the paint theme and features 7 seats with black vinyl, an oversized steering wheel, 6-volt electric system, and a manual windshield wiper. Powering this '23 is an inline 6 cylinder engine that is mated to a 3-speed manual transmission.
