Buick 41C Phaeton for sale.
Buick had a record year in 1940. The company turned out 283,204 cars. A four-door convertible was offered in 1940 and at $1,355, it was by far the most expensive ‘Special’ on sale.
Only 552 of these four door convertibles were built and only 45 in right hand drive for export. Built at the factory in North America, RHD cars were built for the Australian, UK, Singaporean and Southern African markets.
In 1940 this car was delivered to the General Manager of General Motors South Africa.
Less than 15 of these RHD convertibles are believed to exist. A solid example of this rare car from a dry climate. Matching numbers.
A very rare opportunity.
