The commercials from 1989 are true... "Like a rock!"

Wearing a war-like two-tone exterior, this 1989 Chevrolet Silverado is ready to battle the pavement. The 5.7L motor carries its weight as it's mated to a 3-speed TH350 that shifts smoothly. Flow Tech headers and a dual exhaust displaces the fumes away from the motor and screaming down the roadway through chrome exhaust tips. A clean engine bay gives the full package with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and an air gap aluminum intake. Edelbrock aluminum heads provide plenty of extra pep while the HEI distributor provides a sure spark and the chrome air cleaner and valve covers look great! The inner fenders and brake booster have also been painted the same red metallic as the exterior making this engine compartment show ready! The rear differential also has a chrome cover in case anyone peeks under it at a show.

Walking around the exterior you notice the gladiatorial paint is nicely divided by a gray pinstripe. Radial tires wrapped around Ultra Motorsports 20" alloy wheels present a stance that draws you in, yet tells you to keep your distance. The clean and smooth body presents well as it's complimented with a cowl hood, flush rear roll pan, billet grilles, chrome front bumper, and Euro-style headlights and taillights. An AVS bug shield is paired with vent visors, chrome door handles, chrome mirrors for a show quality finish.

This smooth Chevy continues its dominance on the interior. With modern bolstering to hold you in and provide comfort, the Gran Sports steering wheel is combined with a tilt column and billet rear view mirror. Furthering the enhanced comfortability are the creature comforts we all love like: AM/FM/CD, tinted windows, sliding rear window, A/C, power steering, power brakes, and front discs. A spray in bed-liner makes the bed very usable without worry of devaluing the truck. With about 15,000 miles since the truck was restored and customized, it has a lot of life left to give.
