Distinctively recognized for its Argentinean coin hood ornament. The Cordoba was an instant success with over 150,000 units sold the first year. They became known for their over -the- top luxury including tufted button seats, simulated rosewood dash/door trim and plush carpeting. Other luxury features included vinyl landau roofs and wheel packages. The Cordoba stood apart from its competitors with its distinctive front end. Which led it to being one of the most distinguishable cars of its time.
