Description

Citroen CX 2400 Pallas original with 35,000km for sale.

The Citroën CX 2400 Pallas was a luxury executive car produced by the French automaker Citroën between 1974 and 1991. The CX 2400 Pallas model was introduced in 1976, and it quickly became a popular choice for those looking for a comfortable and spacious sedan that was also technologically advanced.
The CX 2400 Pallas featured a striking design, with its long, sleek body and curved lines. The car's signature feature was its unique hydropneumatic suspension system, which provided a smooth ride and allowed the car to adjust its height based on driving conditions. This suspension system also made it possible for the CX 2400 Pallas to offer a level of comfort and handling that was unmatched by most other cars of its time.
The 1983 model year brought a number of updates and improvements to the CX 2400 Pallas. The car received a new, more powerful 2.4-liter engine that produced 128 horsepower and 149 lb-ft of torque. This engine was paired with a four-speed manual transmission or a three-speed automatic transmission.
Other changes for the 1983 model year included new exterior colors, updated upholstery options, and a revised dashboard layout that made it easier to access the car's various controls and features. The CX 2400 Pallas also continued to offer a number of advanced features, such as power windows, power steering, and air conditioning, which were not yet standard on many other cars.

Citroen CX 2400 Pallas 1983 with 35,000km from new for sale
Overall, the Citroën CX 2400 Pallas was a unique and innovative car that offered a level of comfort and technology that was ahead of its time. Its distinctive design and advanced features made it a popular choice for executives and other luxury car buyers, and its hydropneumatic suspension system set it apart from other cars on the road. The 1983 model year was just one of many years in which the CX 2400 Pallas continued to evolve and improve, making it a true classic of its time.
Exterior: The 40-year-old original golden paint (Sable Dore metallic) still looks very nice today. The Citroen CX 2400 has a lot of glass and part of the beauty is that you can see so much of the very exclusive interior. The wheels on the Citroen are from OZ and suit the car so well. Also, the original wheels with hubcaps are with the car. I think whether you like Citroen cars or not, you will notice this car driving down the road. And, that is because of the colour combination, the wheels and the stunning condition that the car is in.
Interior: I do not know where to begin when I look at the interior of this Citroen CX 2400! It is like a super luxury living room from the eighties. The delicate fabric feels very sensitive, however the car still looks like new inside and when you sit in, it is so soft and comfortable. There is a cover for the sunroof that slides back. The trunk area is as nice and clean as the inside of the car.

Engine: The Citroen CX 2400 Pallas is also known as the 2400 GTi in some countries. The total travel of this car is only 35,000 km from new! It has been regularly maintained with oil changes, new coolant, brake fluid etc. With the automatic gearbox, it is like riding a flying carpet.
History: The Citroen CX 2400 Pallas for sale here was registered for the first time in Sweden 1983-05-09. The second owner got the car in July 2008 and then it had about 29,000 km. Today, the total travel is 35,000 km. The car still looks and runs like a new car. It comes with all original items. The original wheels with hubcaps. Owner’s manual and service book. All the Technical Control documents so that the km reading can be verified. I find it hard to believe that there is a more beautiful, well-kept and low-milage car anywhere to be found.
