Fifty years ago, Ferrari produced its last Spider with a V12 in the front, the Daytona Spider. We are now 550 hp further, now you can launch the car with 800 hp to one hundred kilometers per hour in an unimaginable three seconds. Connoisseurs know that the late Enzo Ferrari in the 1960s thought his mid-engine cars were only suitable for his racing cars, in road cars his customers would not be able to handle them and would have an accident. What would Ferrari have thought of a road car with more power to the rear wheels than recent Formula 1 cars? He would have strictly forbidden it. Unfortunately, Enzo did not live to see the era of the electronically controlled and controlled differential, the so-called E-diff. An intelligent differential that continuously measures the torque difference, slip, steering angle, accelerator pedal pressure and the rotation of the car around its vertical axis and thus distributes the power to the rear wheels and reduces it if necessary. Even Enzo had been flapping his ears, 'tutto ciò è possibile?' By the way, without knowing all this, he had also been flapping his ears, this GTS has a sports exhaust after all... Enjoying it in silence is also possible, an 812 is a work of art to look at. Form to function or function to form? Down to the smallest detail, the 812 has been created to be super fast and stunningly beautiful. Few cars allow the photographer to indulge so much in the detailed photos.
