The car from 1983 was rebuilt for rallies according to the regulations valid until the end of 83rd year. Since 84r. after the change of equipment regulations group A has entered. The car is approved as Gr A but historically it is consistent with what was then. Fiat 126 was not approved as Gr.2 even in Italy. The engine has 50.6 hp at 7600 rpm and a special rally gearbox approved in Gr.A. The homologation certificate is available. The car has German historic license plates and a special permit issued by the "Regirungs Presidium" to drive in normal traffic as it is historically recognized, this is a very rare document.
The car has been completely renovated, it has a new floor plate, inner and outer wheel arches, fenders, thresholds, new chassis and brake system, new gearbox, new engine, new electrical installation, etc. It is equipped with a full certified safety cage. After the reconstruction/reconstruction it covered 150km.
