Produced from early 1965 and marketed at the launch price of 475,000 lire, the Fiat Nuova 500 F represented a big change for the small sedan from Turin.
Production took place at the Lingotto plant in Turin until 1968, then at Mirafiori and finally from 1971 also at Termini Imerese (identified by the first digit 5 on the chassis) and at the Autobianchi plant in Desio (first digit 6). The last 500 Fs left the plants in 1972.
