This is a very nice 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback. The car has already been fully restored once and is still in good condition. During the restoration, the car is also equipped with a 289Cu engine, in this case paired with an automatic transmission. The body is very clean. The car is painted in the beautiful "Raven Black". During the restoration, the interior was also completely reupholstered. The car is upholstered with a red "Deluxe" interior. Like the exterior, the interior is in good condition. The dashboard is equipped with the optional additional counters. The technology of the Mustang was completely taken care of during the restoration. The car received the aforementioned "HiPo" 289 (4.7 liter) V8 engine, and the brakes and suspension were also adjusted to the extra power. The 289 produces 275 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 423 Newton meters at 3,400 rpm. The engine is mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission. With this engine configuration, the Mustang is a fast car even by today's standards. A 275-hp engine to propel a car weighing only 1,100 pounds is simply a treat! There is just something about the appearance of a 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback. Everything seems to match in a way that Ford has not been able to match before and since. In short, not only a beautiful Ford Mustang Fastback but één that is in great condition both optically and technically and is more than capable of more than living up to its fast looks.
