Description

1993 Ford Mustang LX Pro-Street/Drag Car

This car was purchased brand new by the current owner in 1993 as a 5.0L Mustang LX Fastback.

He started out slowly at first, simply adding aftermarket wheels and tires and then headers and then ignition, etc. He started taking the car up to Epping, NH and Lebanon Valley, NY. He ran well enough that he got bit by the drag bug and went full bore, to the point that just a few years ago, the car ran a top speed of 154 at just under 9 seconds in the 1/4 mile.

The car sat during the pandemic and after selling a couple of other cars, he had Jenetty Racing detune this car from roughly 850 HP down to around 700 HP, put street tires on and decided to have fun just taking the car out for jaunts around town, shows, etc.

He ended up buying a new V8 Mustang and has now decided to sell this one.

Although she may not be the prettiest Mustang in the herd, she is one of the fastest.

It will be easiest to simply list out everything done/added to the car:

This is one very fast horse.
