This green on tan Jaguar XK8 was recently imported from Oregon, USA. It is a well-kept low mileage car that needs some cosmetic work.

Typical for Jaguars of this vintage, the XK8 has faded and peeling clear coat on the bonnet, mirror covers, windscreen pillar, left door and right rear fender. With minor scratches present on all panels, the best solution would be an exterior respray.

Otherwise, the car looks presentable and appears to have been well looked after. A service invoice and lubrication sticker indicate scheduled service intervals in 2009 (45.956 mls) and 2014 (55.571 mls). Current mileage is 61485. The VIN report shows 3 registered owners (1996-2009 in California, 2009-2021 in Oregon and 2021-2024 in Oregon). No registered accidents or signs of previous collision damage.

Under the sleek bonnet of this Jaguar hides a smooth running 4.0 litre V8. Mechanically, the car makes a healthy impression. Based on the lubrication sticker, it will need an oil change and service check up. The last AC service dates back to 2010. The XK8 sits on 4 Michelin tyres with good profile. The spare wheel still has its barely used original Pirelli P Zero tyre.

The interior is in clean original condition and shows some age appropriate wear. The automatic convertible top mechanism works well, though the canvas shows the first signs of wear. Unfortunately, the convertible top stowage cover is missing. Two keys, a factory original radio, booklets and jack and tool set are included.
