Exterior
This remarkably rare vehicle has maintained its impeccable condition through meticulous maintenance since a comprehensive restoration in 1978 and a complete mechanical overhaul in 2010.
The green-black two-tone paintwork still shines brilliantly. During the restoration, care was taken to preserve the originality of the vehicle, which is evident in the untouched Rexine upholstered roof, the world's first water-repellent fabric.
Interior
The dark green leather interior of this rare automobile is exceptionally well preserved and has retained its original condition. The wooden dashboard proudly displays a range of Smith instruments, adding to its timeless charm. Notable features include a chauffeur lever on the driver's window that allows for quick up and down movement, and a tube with a spring on the headliner that controls the curtain on the rear window.
Mechanical
In recent years the car has undergone a comprehensive mechanical overhaul under the direction of renowned expert Julian Messent, now Director of HCS. The result is that the 3-litre engine is now operating at its absolute peak performance, with impressive torque and power that rivals its bigger brother, the Meadows 4.5-litre engine.
Aged to Perfection
This exceptional car is a true work of art. Its excellent condition and exquisite patina are reminiscent of a fine wine, aged to perfection and a pure pleasure. The car has been meticulously maintained and has powerful and consistent performance, as well as refined and subtle nuances that make it a masterpiece.
