Trade-in car.Maserati comes out in 1979 with the new Quattroporte, the third generation. Giorgietto Giugiaro, then working at Italdesign, draws the car, which from this generation is again equipped with a V8 and features rear-wheel drive. The 4.9-liter V8 is actually a direct derivative of the engine found in the 450S racers of the late 1950s. In the Quattroporte, the powerplant produces 290 horsepower, which are unleashed to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic. The interior is spacious and features héél plenty of leather and, in addition, trim with wood. The Maserati Quattroporte of this series is ééone of the last écht hand-built Maserati's and is therefore slowly but surely finally becoming a prized classic. This Quattroporte has stood still for years in a collection, being beautiful was enough. Therefore, it is advisable to take a good look at the technology before driving this particular Italian sedan. The bodywork is reasonably good, with some bumps in the paint here and there. The beautiful Campagnolo wheels are in neat condition, including the spare tire that is present. The interior is pretty neat, however, time has not stood still on the Quattroporte's comfortable seats. Yet this is almost all to get back in a clean condition with the necessary 'Tender, love and care', as the English say so nicely. This vehicle is found in our DEPENDANCE and is ONLY - ONLY / ONLY ON AGREEMENT TO VISIT.
