Expensive nut and bolt restoration by marque specialist T&D Heaney of Derry that cost an eye watering €136,000

Car was stripped to the bare monocoque which was then sent away to specialists in Germany for repair. It was painstakingly rebuilt on its return with new panel and new chrome. Engine was totally rebuilt along with gearbox and back axle and all running gear. Interior was replaced with OE spec materials. A new soft top and headlong was fitted along with a leather tonneau conver.

Once completed the car sat in a static collection for 8 years. Recently we undertook a full recommissioning with all fluids changed. A new set of Michelin X Whitewall tyres have been fitted. Electronic ignition is also installed along with a twin Weber Carburettor conversion. Car has just had a twenty miles shakedown.

For sale today at a very competitive price when compared to similarly restored cars both in the US and mainland Europe.
