If Mercedes-Benz is synonymous with luxury, quality, comfort, and performance, it is thanks to vehicles like the W111 generation, one of the finest automobiles manufactured by the Stuttgart firm.

The beautiful coupé version, designed by the famous Paul Bracq, was presented to the public in 1961 at the brand's own museum.

While the front end was almost identical to the sedan, from the A-pillar onwards its design became more avant-garde and modern. The absence of a B-pillar, the ability to lower the rear windows, and the large rear window provided ample light into the cabin, while also giving it a modern and very elegant presence.

Under the hood lies the most powerful engine offered for this generation, introduced almost at the end of its commercial life. A 3.5-liter V8 delivering 200 hp and a considerable torque of 286 Nm, enough to move its 1,500 kilos with ease on any road and in any circumstance.

Its interior is in excellent condition and is equipped with all the comforts of the era, adding exotic original extras such as the electric sunroof.
