We present: The Mercedes-Benz 280 SL Pagoda. The further developed 280 SL rolled off the production line from 1968 to 1971. When it was launched, the two-seater roadster impressed with its unique comfort, exceptional performance and unprecedented driving safety for a sports car. Visually, the inwardly curved, removable coupé roof designed by Paul Braque is reminiscent of the curved roofs of Asian temples; the birth of the “Pagoda.”
This pagoda was completely restored 3 years ago by the Bechtel company. After completing the full restoration, the current owner has only driven 6,120 kilometers in beautiful weather. Instead of 298,000 euros, as with the Bechtel company, you can now purchase this Pagoda for 219,500 euros and start the new 2025 season.
