Because we operate in accordance with the UNC DOC A01 standard, we guarantee that after your purchase, if there is a conformity defect covered by the warranty, it will be our priority to resolve it with strict respect for your rights as enshrined by law and by a serious and transparent contract.
We start by sending you a video via WhatsApp of the car you’re interested in, as if you were right here with us, walking around it and sitting inside. The video will highlight any body damage or other issues.
We will also send you a copy of the maintenance record book (front and back). The customer has the right to know if the car has had only one previous owner or multiple owners.
