Description

After a lengthy discussion as to whether there should be a hardtop version or a version with a fabric roof, the Mercedes-Benz R107 came about in 1968. The R107 was the first to get a serial number with an "R" for "Roadster".
At the time, Mercedes-Benz used a model cycle of between 7 and 9 years. This went wrong with the follow-up to the R107 because the Vorstand rejected the successor and the team was instructed to start from scratch. This made the R107 the longest-produced Mercedes ever, with production lasting from 1971 to 1989.

The Mercedes-Benz 350 SL offered here dates from the year 1972. It is one of the early R107s that were made. Matching Numbers and Matching Colors also apply here. A beautiful combination of midnight blue metallic paint on the outside and the beige leather interior on the inside.
The 350 SL is the ideal touring car thanks to its luxury and reliability.

So quickly pack your bags and get ready for a road trip to summer destinations.
