See for information in English down belowMG B 1.8 Roadster overdrive- Stunning two-tone color combination in dark blue over silver- beige leather interior- Luggage rack- Overdrive- Dark blue hood- Instruction booklet available- Recently restoredThe MG B: a popular English sports car as it should be: lightweight, agile and a pleasure to drive. This roadster stands out for its distinctive color combination: two-tone paintwork in dark blue over silver, beige leather interior and a dark blue hood. It was produced in 1975 and delivered new in the United States. Thanks to the sunny climate, the car has been well preserved. In 2024 the car was imported to the Netherlands, where it was restored by an enthusiast. The engine compartment is a work of art to behold. The interior has also been restored in excellent condition and exudes an English atmosphere with the classic dashboard, beautiful counters and beautiful wooden/aluminum steering wheel. The interior has heating and an added overdrive that provides a pleasant ''5th gear''. Other interior features include a 12V outlet, clock and radio/CD player. The trunk is also very neat and accommodates the spare tire. The original RO-style wheels have good Vredestein tires. The car drives and shifts excellent. Present with the car are the instruction booklet and luggage rack. In short: a fine example of an iconic car in a distinctive and eye-catching version.General information about the MG BThe MG B succeeded the MG A in 1963, a car that was already quite popular for MG - part of The British Motor Company (BMC) - with over 100,000 units. The MG B would be produced until 1980, and even more of these were eventually produced than of the A: over half a million units. In addition to the roadster, other variants were produced such as the MG B GT three-door 2+2 coupé (1965-1980), the six-cylinder MG C (1967-1969), and the eight-cylinder MG B GT V8. With its 1.8-liter engine and 95 horsepower, the MG B was a lot more powerful than the 1.6-liter MG A. In addition to performance and handling, the MG B had to score highly in terms of safety and affordability. This combination made the car a great success. The body is self-supporting and the low center of gravity and use of aluminum body parts ensure a low weight of 970 KG and a high degree of agility. In turn, the independent suspension system benefits comfort. In short: a great success in the height of the British car industry. An ideal classic for touring, vacation driving or just to cherish.See for information in English down belowMG B 1.8 Roadster overdrive- Beautiful two-tone color combination in dark blue with silver- beige leather interior- Luggage rack- Overdrive- Dark blue hood- Instruction booklet available- Recently restoredThe MG B: a popular English sports car as it should be: lightweight, agile and a joy to drive.
