This 56' Metropolitan is one of the very first economy cars and was only offered for purchase in the U.S. and Canada from 1954-1962. Early in Nash history they shared a partnership with Hudson as well as Rambler, in the later years. The exterior on this '56 Nash Metro for sale is a vintage color of Red and white. Accented by the interior, which is red, with classic cloth patterned design. This Nash would make a great piece for anyone interested in vintage British collator cars. With a full-sized car feel, in a compact package, this car was "green" and economical before it was cool! The Metropolitan took the minimalist approach, which can be seen, only optioned with AM radio and vin cloth interior. Look at the mono-speedometer/ gauge cluster, steel wheels with hub caps with whitewall bias ply tires! Small, lightweight, and easy to drive, it's no wonder why this car was such a huge success.
