1958 Oldsmobile Super 88 4-Door Hardtop "Chrome Olds"

A truly great car in a turquoise-blue metallic color that really stands out – absolutely stunning!

Equipped with: Air conditioning (installed but currently not charged) Original Air Ride suspension. Power steering. Power brakes. Optional spinner hubcaps painted in body color ( 2000 Euro ). Additional fifth rear fender moldings. Door guards. Dual side mirrors (driver's side adjustable from inside). Day/night rearview mirror Whitewall tires. Safety plate glass. Original radio. Engine and trunk lighting

Engine and transmission have been rebuilt with receipts. Rebuilt water pump. Rebuilt fuel pump. New rear air suspension bags. Refurbished brakes front and rear. Cleaned fuel tank. Recently reupholstered seats.

The car was originally bought in as a very solid, rust-free example. It is believed to have been taken off the road in 1976 due to failure of the rear air suspension bags. Imported to Sweden in 1996. According to Erik Ljunggren, he remembers it as a rust-free car in great original condition, mostly needing cosmetic restoration, and believes it still retains much of its original chrome.
