This 1969 Plymouth Barracuda convertible is in it's original bronze color, with a white vinyl top, bucket seats, and original tan interior which is in excellent condition. The engine was replaced with a 1971 LA 318 and has the stock Carter BBD 2 barrel carburetor with standard intake manifold. It has a 3 speed A904 Torqueflite automatic transmission with 21,731 miles and a clean title.
Garaged for two decades, it has had some recent upgrades, including a new correct gas tank, fuel sender, 3 row radiator, water pump, fuel pump, oil filter, replaced fluids, hoses, water thermostat and thermostat housing. Registration status is planned non-operation (PNO).
There was a collision on the rear left side that predates current ownership. It was cosmetically repaired but some damage remains structurally (please see photos). There is a little paint blistering around rear trim areas. The lower quarter panels have rust holes (please see photos). There is a hole in the trunk that is over the tank. The right rear is missing the reflector housing. Frame rails appear to be in good shape, surface dirt and oil etc.
I can start the car but registration prevents me from driving on the street. It will need to be transported with a flatbed or something similar.
