The 365-day holiday. The Porsche 911 Targa
The Americans and their endless legislation on cars. Especially for those weird, fast things from the EU; because the average F-150 driving nationalist thought they were a threat to all the good things over there! They disapproved of our Maserati 3200 on the rear lights, so the boomerangs were immediately replaced by the square 'block lights'. Ouch! But they also made sure that one of the greatest European driving icons became even better. The 911 got a rollbar, for it to be sold as a convertible in the States. Henceforth, in our opinion, the most beautiful 911 line was born.
Our Targa is one of which all original parts are present (targa roof, metal air filter housing, original headlights, speedster mirrors and more holy-grail material!) This piece of Ferdinand's legacy has only covered 150,000 kilometres and, is still fully matching numbers and was originally delivered in Tangerine. Now he is looking for his new Hank Moody, to go on a -topless- skirt hunt together.
