Power is sent to the rear wheels via a rebuilt 915 transmission from a 1978 911SC, equipped with a ZF limited slip differential for maximum grip and traction. The Wevo shift system provides short and precise shifts, giving the car a direct and mechanical driving feel that more modern 911s often lack. This is a car you really have to drive, where every shift and steering input provides a direct connection to the technology beneath your feet. Lightweight components play a big part in the character of this RSR. The side screens, doors, bumpers and rear wing are fiberglass and come from GT Racing, while the side windows and rear window are lexan, further reducing weight. Inside, Recaro Pole Position bucket seats, a Zuffenhaus roll cage and a five-point harness provide a pure racing experience, where safety and stability are paramount. This is a Porsche built with a clear focus: maximum performance without unnecessary luxury. The car is on Nankang semislicks, which, combined with the limited slip differential, provides impressive handling and unprecedented grip in corners. In addition, the Porsche comes with three pallets and a box full of additional parts, including rims, tires, door panels, an additional rear wing, brake components and mirrors a valuable addition for those who want to further perfect the car.
