Description

In our showroom you sometimes hear a do or a don't, quite recently from the mouth of a very amiable lady: 'You don't think I'm going to sit next to you in a car like that with such a big wing on the back. ...' and there the GT3 dream was shattered. In this specific case, the Minister of Finance did not have the budget completely in order, so anyone who wants to be beautiful must, proverbially, pay a little more for that. Zuffenhausen is not deaf to the wishes of the sporty customer with just a little more sense of style. The marketing people came up with the Touring package and convinced the technicians to responsibly remove that flashy spoiler from a GT3, fortunately and necessarily, the beautiful wide nose remained. After all, you can't control 510 real naturally aspirated horsepower without making the entire body shape also have a function. Exactly, like one big wing that keeps you stable on the road, even at 320 km/h. That top speed is an almost unreal figure, but the maximum speed of the unblown flat 6 cylinder of 9,000 is reality. Moreover, there is more than sufficient pulling power, even well below that motorcycle-like speed. The fastest variant with PDK is also the most comfortable version in our traffic climate if you don't feel like being 'on'. Set the driving mode button on the steering wheel to Sport Plus, select the Sports exhaust and push the lever to the left so that you can shift manually using the metal paddles behind the steering wheel, party on four (20 and 21 inch) wheels in a track car with license plate. Thanks to the ultra-modern GT3 chassis, intelligent and adjustable traction control plus steering rear axle, you will also get home unscathed. The chassis is so good that even with extreme steering movements, there is still a surprising amount of space before the traction control light lights up. This is the most perfect 911, the GT3 Touring is already an icon.

Given Porsche's intention to motorize the next generation 911 as a hybrid or even electric motor, this latest naturally aspirated version can already be considered to have investment potential. Such a car must have a conclusive and convincing CV; from the first owner, supplied by a Dutch Porsche dealer, completely original, nothing painted or worked on. Porsche serviced at 5,000 km. Perfectly configured by a Porsche enthusiast who also had an extra €11,500 for the special paint color of the car. This so-called Paint To Sample color, until recently in good German 'Sonderfarbe', is the stylishly chosen Brewster Green. Porsche will no longer grant production sites for special color requests until 2026, only the standard colors will be available until then. The options list also includes important extras such as carbon bucket seats, a lift on the front axle of the car, ceramic brakes and, for example, an interior with special leather accents. Distinctive, winner in every comparison test when it comes to all-round usability, steering behavior, reliability and supercar performance. Nine one one! Always.
