1959 is a particularly interesting model year in the history of the Saab 93. This was the transition year when Saab introduced the 93F, making this 93B especially interesting with its characteristic body design featuring rear-hinged front doors. For anyone who appreciates Saab’s early history, this is a particularly charming detail and an important part of the car’s original design.
Under the hood is Saab’s well-known 748 cc three-cylinder two-stroke engine, combined with front-wheel drive and a manual transmission – a technical combination that made the Saab both distinctive and advanced for its time.
