This Studebaker President has been in the Netherlands since 1956, one of the few who has driven in our country. The first owner from Enschede had himself driven by a driver for 20 years. He was a pulmonologist. The car was then used as a hobby until 2008, when the current owner gave the order for a thorough restoration. And that is also done very thoroughly. Bottom of the car is simply more beautiful than new. The car has since driven almost no more. We have brought it back to life after 4 years of downtime and after some fresh petrol the 8 cylinder in-line engine ran very nicely. The car is completely complete, has a lot of history, with pictures of restoration. A nice driving (and braking) car with a fantastic appearance. You will hardly find the Art Deco nose anywhere else, certainly not in this price range.
