Small, historic Suzuki off-roader. Santana SJ410.
Powered by 1000 cc gasoline engine, homologated 4-seater, currently in use and with recent state overhaul.
Vehicle in excellent overall condition.
Performed major maintenance throughout the mechanical and electrical environment making it a reliable and modernized vehicle in daily use.
In detail the engine has been replaced with a totally reconditioned one, complete muffler and new clutch ( February 2023). TO BE FINISHED RUN-IN!!!
Power supply modification with final removal of mechanical fuel pump in favor of electronic pump with a gain in performance and reliability. New 5-speed gearbox assembly with new clutch mounted on 3/29/2024 to solve a small noise of the original. Braking system was totally replaced (pump, discs + front shoes and pads and cylinders + rear brake shoes and flexible connectors) on 5/4/2024.
Steering box replacement also March 2024.
Front and rear headlight kit, distributor and carburetor new (July 2022) tank replaced with new reconditioned.
Replaced complete set of rubber leaf spring bushings including "cookies" with Teflon set to improve handling and noise.
No signs of rust and further treated with dedicated products.
Converted to two front seats and equipped rear compartment.
The electrical and interior part carries the following workings:
LED daytime running lights with automatic ignition with vehicle in motion and traditional fog lights with dichroic lamps; Third stop light and additional turn signal copy (homologated); Handcrafted modified dashboard equipped with GPS odometer and LED warning lights; Engine compartment temperature instrument with buttons for gate opener and garage door control that can be coded, digital clock with green segments, analog tachometer on the side; 4.7" monitor with constant view of the rear via camera hidden in the bumper; Proximity sensor system in front with normal gear and rear with reverse; Central locking via radio remote control with optical/acoustic warning; Car radio with MP3 player and speakers behind the nape of the neck; Pair of FIAMM high-powered horns; Courtesy light both in the engine hood.
Sky and interior cared for by professional upholsterer in the area.
Ready for use.
Original parts + set of tires on rim of same type visible on tailgate available.
Documented modifications and maintenance. Vehicle mechanically repossessed and made compliant for use. Bodywork as pictured preserved. No claims or sagging parts.
