One of the last FJ40s built in Japan — the final production year of the definitive short-wheelbase Land Cruiser. A preservation example, not a restoration: original factory paint (Toyota 033 White) and original body panels; the interior was sympathetically re-trimmed in factory-specification material and all service work is fully disclosed below.
PROVENANCE
The vehicle spent its life in a private collection and was presented at the 2022 Ajman Motor Show. It was imported into the EU in 2023 — customs cleared, VAT paid in full — and has been stored in a private facility near Barcelona since December 2024.

CONDITION — PRESERVED, NOT RESTORED
The vehicle remains structurally and mechanically original: no accidents, no rust repair, no modifications. After decades in storage, correct Toyota-specification steering components were fitted for safe operation, and the engine bay wiring was secured. The interior was renewed in factory-specification material when age affected the original leather — the switchgear, controls and instrumentation are exactly as Toyota built them. EU import 2023, customs and VAT fully paid, export certification and proof of ownership included. Currently not registered for road use in the EU — Spanish ITV Histórico registration can be arranged by agreement; alternatively the documentation supports registration in the buyer's country, subject to local requirements.
