Recently, a car journalist wrote about such a Mercedes-Benz station wagon: this car offers “Stowing in style”. And it is. It is not an SUV or Crossover with an entirely unique design, but it is a station wagon from the 1980s, the years when extra space and a fifth door were added to a popular sedan. As a result, the body style remained very recognizable, while the huge space offered a lot of possibilities for “stowing” extra luggage. And rightly so, the spacious model was called stylish. The car from the comfortable W123 series has generous chrome trim and shiny roof rails that give this classic extra cachet. A station wagon based on a sedan is becoming increasingly rare in today's crossover era. They are also increasingly difficult to find from bygone eras as many examples have now succumbed to a hard existence. This original Dutch 200 T has clearly been spared the rough work and is in good condition.
